Dislikes:
i was on the ground floor next to the dining room and it was very noisy. I could hear the phone ringing in the middle of the night & other guests coming home while i was trying to sleep & the kitchen

Beautiful accommodation, warmly and friendly down to earth staff! Will definitely be booking to stay there again as it was such a reasonable price and brilliant positioning!

Our room was very tastefully furnished and a very comfy bed! Only slight downside was power of shower but building old and it was hot!
I stay in lots of hotels and this really was a 10 out of 10 would go back thank you Read less

The decor was gorgeous.Likes that there was bar we could use on site.
Dislikes:
No hairdryer. Double glazing is needed the rooms are very noisy and found it hard to sleep with the traffic ongoing all the night.

Stayed at your hotel because of the location, I was visting Maidstone to consider moving to the area and wanted first to find out what the town centre was like and how long it would take me to drive b
Dislikes:
only 1 issue I was not sure if the barrier for the car park would raise so tried to find someone around 7am was very difficult until a another guest told me to drive right up to the barrier
